In shadows cast by fate’s relentless hand

In shadows cast by fate’s relentless hand, A world exists, its truth concealed from sight, Where souls abide, unknowing, in the sand, Enslaved by chains veiled by the shroud of night.

Their hearts, once free, now captive in despair, Each step they take, a scripted masquerade, Their dreams suppressed, suffocated by air, Their voices hushed, with fear they are betrayed.

Their minds, once vibrant, dulled by subtle lies, Blindfolded by illusions of their worth, They dance upon the stage, in mute disguise, Unaware of the shackles from their birth.

Oh, tragic plight, this world of veiled deceit, Where slaves walk on, unknowing, incomplete.

Yet whispers stir, a flicker in the gloom, A spark ignites, defiance takes its form, The truth, like wildfire, spreads beyond the tomb, Awakening hearts, dispelling the norm.

With newfound eyes, they see the chains that bind, And gather strength to break their earthly binds, The veil of ignorance they leave behind, Their spirits soar, unleashed by winds of minds.

No longer slaves, their essence now set free, They rise as one, a force that can’t be tamed, In unity, they forge a destiny, Where liberty and justice shall be claimed.

So let this sonnet be a call to all, To rise and see, to break the unseen thrall.
